  1. Multi Axis CNC machining

3-axis&4-axis machining: Conventional flat and cavity structural components, high efficiency, low cost.

5-Axis Simultaneous Machining: Core selling point. Complete complex surfaces (impellers, turbines, and irregular parts) in one clamping operation, ensuring positional tolerances and accuracy, and reducing clamping errors.

Turning Milling: Swiss type lathe, suitable for slender and small parts (diameter<5mm), achieving integrated turning, milling, drilling, and tapping.

  1. High precision grinding and special machining (Grinding&EDM)

Internal and external circular grinding/flat grinding: The mirror effect below Ra0.4 μ m ensures coaxiality and dimensional stability.

Wire EDM: Processing hard alloys and quenched steel with narrow cutting seams and an accuracy of ± 0.005mm.

Sink EDM: Processing deep grooves and irregular holes, not limited by material hardness.

  1. Rapid prototyping and small batch production

CNC Prototypes: Quick prototyping of 1-10 pieces to verify assembly and functionality.

Low Volume Machining: No need for mold opening, direct CNC production of 10-1000 pieces, suitable for the transition before the launch of new products.
