- Cutting&Blanking
Laser Cutting: Fiber laser cutting, thickness range 1mm -20mm (stainless steel/carbon steel), accuracy ± 0.1mm.
CNC Punching: Suitable for rapid prototyping of porous positions, louvers, and shallow stretching, with high efficiency and low cost.
Plasma/water jet cutting: for thick plates (>20mm) or special metal materials.
- Forming&Bending
CNC Press Brake: Multi axis (4+1 axis) synchronous bending ensures consistent angles of complex boxes and controls the minimum bending radius.
Roll Forming: Suitable for continuous forming of long dimensions and equal cross-sections (such as C-shaped steel and guide rails).
Metal Spinning: Used for axisymmetric parts (lamps, kitchenware, pressure vessel heads).
- Joining&Assembly
Welding process: MIG/TIG argon arc welding (stainless steel/aluminum), spot welding (low carbon steel), laser welding (precision parts).
Mechanical fastening: Riveting, Tapping, Blind Rivets.
Adhesive and sealing: structural adhesive bonding, installation of waterproof sealing strips.
- Finishing
Surface treatment: Powder Coating, Spray Painting, Zinc/Nickel Plating, Black Oxide.
Deburring and polishing: vibration grinding, brushing, mirror polishing.
