1. Performance Fasteners

Bolts/Screws/Studs: Outer hexagon, inner hexagon (cup head/round head), carriage bolt, flange bolt.

Nuts: hex nuts, locking nuts (nylon rings/metal), butterfly nuts, welded nuts.

Washers&Retaining Rings: Flat pads, spring washers, wave washers, shaft/hole retaining rings.

Special fasteners: PEM rivets (embedded with nuts/screws), blind rivets, and pop rivets.

2. Special Functional Parts

Shafts&Pins: Dowel Pins, Spring Pins, hinge pins, and drive shafts.

Springs&Clips: Compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, retaining clips, battery springs.

Seals&Gaskets: O-rings, oil seals, flat gasket seals, dust covers, insulation gaskets.

1. Material Expertise

Carbon Steel: High strength bolts of grades 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 (compliant with ISO 898 standard).

Stainless Steel: A2-70/A4-80 (304/316), corrosion-resistant, suitable for medical and marine environments.

Non Ferrous metals: Brass, Aluminum 5052/6061, Titanium Gr5- lightweight and highly corrosion-resistant.

Engineering Plastics: Nylon (PA66), PTFE, PEEK – insulated, wear-resistant, non-magnetic.

2. Surface Treatment and Coatings

Anti corrosion coatings: Zinc Plating, Dacromet, Zn Ni, Hot dip Galvanizing.

Decorative and functional coatings: Black Oxide, Phosphate, Nickel Plating, Chrome Plating.

Special treatment: PTFE coating, MoS2 lubrication, Passivation treatment.
